I never leave reviews! However, i feel it would be useful to someone like me, who is extremely sceptical about car dealers that are not main dealerships. I tried hard to find a bad review about these guys but I just couldn't..that speaks volumes! The main dealership I tried before them was terrible, the car was not presented in a ready-to-buy condition..ie clean! and I was told that if I pointed any scratches out, they would repair them before sale.. Car Buyers Direct had a car that WAS exactly as their video had shown me, I was concerned it needed a service shortly..no problem..that would be done immediately for me, and it was. Petrol added for the 100 mile home journey. Brilliant. I cannot fault these men, extremely natural, polite and friendly. No hassle what so ever and great after-service when I realised that I hadn't brought my receipt home. Loving my car and if and when i change it, I know where I'm going!

A big hello and thank you to the guys at Car Buyers Direct. Popped in on the off chance of browsing and walked away the next day with a superb Nissan. Rene was not pushy in the least, he knew his stuff and the attention was excellent. A very friendly bunch of guys who make you feel welcome from the offset. I bought a car from here which unfortunately had a completely unknown issue. Well, where do I start? The level of service and support was amazing and totally unexpected. They collected the car from my home and provided a free courtesy car the same day I reported the issue to them and fixed it free of charge and without question. Helpful and courteous throughout, and just good old fashioned service which is so hard to find these days. Hi Brian, Just felt I wanted to send a message to indicate my pleasure with the vehicle I recently purchased from you. The car buying process brings together 2 people that have never met, and apart from it being a very long day, it was quite stressful trying to ensure it would be a wise purchase. I want you to know that having lived with the car for a few days now, it is proving to be everything i had hoped for. I believe its a genuine vehicle, at a very competitive price. Pleasingly for me, its exactly what I was looking for in all respects. I feel quite lucky to have found such a nice vehicle, right down to the sort of mileage, colour, interior and trim levels. I believe its also a stunning looking car, but I do realise I am biased. I want to comment regarding the effort you made under the bonnet, thanks for your efforts.
